DRVE LABS LLP offers premium car perfumes crafted with natural essential oils, perfumer's alcohol, and plant-based carrier (FCO - Fractionated Coconut Oil). Our products are designed to provide a refreshing fragrance experience for your vehicle.

• All prices are exclusive of GST (18% applicable)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website and make purchases. By using our Website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

4. Account Registration

To make purchases, you need to create an account or checkout as a guest:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

5.2 Payment

• Payment must be made in full before order dispatch
• We accept payments through Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking)
• All transactions are secure and encrypted
• Payment failures may result in order cancellation

5.3 Pricing and GST

• All prices displayed are exclusive of GST
• All prices displayed are inclusive of 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST)
• Final invoice will show itemized GST breakdown
• Shipping charges are included in the product price

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India through our logistics partners
• Delivery timelines: 3-7 business days (may vary by location)
• You must provide accurate shipping address
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• Undelivered orders due to incorrect address are non-refundable
• Please inspect products upon delivery

7. Return and Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Goods once sold are not returnable.

Due to the nature of our products (fragrance and personal care items), we do not accept returns except in the following cases:

7.1 Damaged or Defective Products

• You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence of damage
• We will replace damaged products free of charge
• Refunds will be processed if replacement is not available

7.2 Wrong Product Delivered

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange for return pickup and replacement
• No charges for return shipping in such cases

7.3 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• GST charged will be refunded as per regulations

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement

9. Intellectual Property Rights
